1. Warranty
1.1. All products sold by PHYSIOMODALITIES come with a 1-year warranty, which covers machinery damage such as operational issues or functionality problems.
1.2. This warranty does not cover any physical damage to the products. Physical damage includes, but is not limited to, cracks, dents, or any other form of visible damage resulting from misuse, mishandling, or external factors.
2. Order Cancellation and Refunds
2.1. Once an order has been dispatched from our side, it cannot be canceled.
2.2. If you reject the product upon delivery without a valid reason, your payment will not be refunded. Valid reasons for rejecting a product include receiving a damaged item (not physical damage) or receiving an incorrect item.
3. Full Clinic Setup and Demo
3.1. If you are purchasing a full clinic setup and require a setup demonstration, additional charges will apply.
3.2. The additional charges for the setup demo will be communicated to you during the purchase process, and these charges must be paid prior to scheduling the demonstration.

4.1. All prices listed on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
