1. Product Warranty

  • All products sold by PHYSIOMODALITIES come with a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers technical faults and manufacturing defects under normal usage conditions.
  • The warranty does not cover any damage caused by misuse, accidental damage, or modifications made by the customer.

2. Technical Faults and Repairs

  • If a product exhibits a technical fault within the warranty period, we will repair or replace the product at no additional cost.
  • To initiate a repair or replacement, please contact our customer service team with proof of purchase and a detailed description of the issue.
  • Please note that damage resulting from wear and tear, accidental damage, or unauthorized modifications are not covered under this policy.

3. Non-Covered Damages

  • Any damage to products or parts resulting from misuse, accidental events, or alterations made by the customer will not be covered under our warranty policy.
  • For products with physical damage not caused by a manufacturing defect, we recommend contacting the manufacturer or a certified repair service for assistance.

4. Refunds

  • If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 7 working days from the date of initiating your complaint.

EMI Refund Policy

  • EMI Refund: For refunds on purchases made through EMI (Equated Monthly Installments), we will deduct 10% + Delivery Charge of the total amount to cover administrative and processing fees.
